1. Scope
These public standards apply to Hundle, the dating application published by N4M DIGITAL, and to every member, item of content, behaviour and related service. They supplement the community guidelines and terms and conditions.
2. Absolute prohibitions
Hundle prohibits every form of online or offline child sexual abuse and exploitation.
- content depicting or sexualising a minor, including synthetic or manipulated content;
- grooming, sexual solicitation, sextortion and blackmail;
- requesting, possessing, exchanging or distributing child sexual abuse material, also known as CSAM;
- trafficking or organising sexual exploitation;
- circumventing the minimum age or helping a minor access the service.
3. Adults-only service
Registration is limited to people aged 18 or over residing in France. An account reasonably identified as belonging to a minor is suspended promptly, reviewed and removed in line with applicable obligations. A false date of birth breaches the terms.
4. In-app reporting
Members can report a profile, behaviour or meeting from within Hundle without leaving the app. They may also use report content or contact support@hundle.fr. Do not forward or reproduce illegal material. Provide the account identifier and relevant context instead.
5. Response and enforcement
When Hundle obtains knowledge of a report, it may preserve strictly necessary evidence, remove or disable access to content, suspend or terminate an account, block interactions and cooperate with competent authorities. Action is proportionate to severity and risk.
6. Authorities
N4M DIGITAL handles confirmed material under applicable law and maintains an escalation process to competent authorities or organisations. In France, illegal online material may also be reported through the official PHAROS service. Contact law enforcement immediately where a child is in danger.
7. Child safety contact
Public child safety contact: support@hundle.fr. An authorised representative must be designated in Google Play Console to receive notices concerning child sexual abuse and exploitation and initiate the required response.
8. Updates
These standards are reviewed when the service, risks or applicable requirements change. They remain publicly accessible from the Hundle website.
