1. Service and publisher
Hundle is a blind dating application published by N4M DIGITAL. Access to and use of the service are governed by these terms and the privacy policy.
2. Access requirements
- be at least 18 and legally capable;
- reside in France and use the service personally;
- provide accurate information and never impersonate another person;
- hold one account and protect access codes.
3. How Hundle works
Hundle presents profiles without photographs based on declared information and mutual preferences. Compatibility is discovery guidance, not a psychological assessment or guarantee.
A member may suggest a public place, date and time. The shared code confirms only the account linked to an accepted invitation. It does not verify identity, history or behaviour.
4. Credits and purchases
Credits may be offered or purchased through the App Store and Google Play. One credit is used only when a meeting invitation is accepted. Store pricing and payment terms apply without limiting mandatory consumer rights.
5. Conduct and moderation
Members must follow the community guidelines. Harassment, hatred, fraud, non-consensual sexual content, content involving minors and unlawful conduct are prohibited. Reports can be made in the app or through report content. Hundle may remove content, warn, suspend or terminate an account proportionately.
6. Meeting safety
Physical meetings remain each participant’s decision. Choose a public place, tell someone you trust, control your transport and leave any uncomfortable situation. See the safety centre.
7. Accounts and deletion
Members may delete their account in the app. The profile is disabled immediately and final deletion is scheduled after a 30-day grace period. Reconnecting during that period cancels the request. Legally required records may be retained separately.
8. Liability and law
Hundle is provided on a reasonable-efforts basis and does not guarantee availability, compatibility or a successful meeting. Mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected. French law applies. Complaints should first be sent to support@hundle.fr.
